Is it possible to cancel or change an order already placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us directly. Once shipped, you can still take advantage of our return policy. Contact us for immediate assistance.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?
If your order is lost, faulty or does not arrive on time after receiving the shipping confirmation you can contact us at info@roseairnature.com (mailto:info@roseairnature.com)with your name and order number. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available
Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. Rose Air Nature is not responsible for such charges, if they are applied they are your responsibility as a customer.
