  • When will I receive my order?
    All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.   • How can I cancel or modify an order that I already placed?
    If the order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it and place a new order. If the order has already been shipped you must follow our return policy.
  • What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?
    If your order is lost, faulty or does not arrive on time after receiving the shipping confirmation you can contact us at info@roseairnature.com with your name and order number. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
  • How can I track my order?

  • When can I expect my pre-order to arrive?
    Your order will arrive on the first issue date
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay for online payments, as well as manual and point-of-sale payments.
  • What is your refund and returns policy?
    We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@roseairnature.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can also contact us with any questions about returns at info@roseairnature.com. We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • What are the exceptions/non-returnable items?
    Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Do you offer free local delivery or in-store pickup?
    For orders over 15 euros, free local delivery is available in the Tivoli area. For orders under 15 euros there is a surcharge of 2 euros for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 5pm to 7pm on working days. We will contact you via SMS on the telephone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. You can avoid postal fees with free local pickup at Via di Villa Braschi 101 or Piazza Garibaldi 12, Tivoli. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 3 business days. We will email you when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are (5pm-7pm) weekdays. Please bring your order confirmation with you when you arrive.
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay

  • What happens if my order is lost, damaged or doesn't arrive?

Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
  • What is your shipping policy
    Order and processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.   • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we only offer domestic shipping.
  • How is the product made and where do the materials come from?
    Our natural handmade artisanal products are made with the finest ingredients, for the most part natural oils, butters and fats, water, essential and/or perfumed oils. They may also contain ingredients such as herbs, botanicals, grains, natural and/or artificial colors. They are then cured for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. All of our soaps come with an ingredient list on the packaging so you know what you are putting on your skin. Our materials are mostly sourced locally and from other overseas suppliers. They are cruelty free, not tested on people or animals, vegan friendly, paraben free and made with herbal additives.
